Clean, staff very very good and very helpful, nothing was too much for them .Location was excellent

Staff are professional, courteous, supportive, and kind. When my flight was delayed, Fatma was following up with me on whatsapp and rearrange pick up time. All front desk staff are cooperative.Breakfast with Amr El shoura was exceptional. The experience felt like a 5-star hotel service.Room is cosy, clean and comfortable.Great location.Fantastic experience

Amazing location with great views of the Pyramids and the staff is so nice and helpful! We had a great stay and enjoyed our super comfortable rooms with free water that they give us everyday and breakfast was delicious with a mix variety of local and international breakfast options

We enjoyed everything very much; the room was very nice, the bed extremely comfortable, and the view fantastic. The breakfast was delicious, thank you very much! Our tour guide, Muhammad, was fantastic; we really liked his style. He led us safely through the tourist crowds, and we were able to see everything we wanted to see. Lunch was delicious. Amazing hotel and staff. It is an absolute must in Giza. Epic rooftop and delicious breakfast. From the reception up to the roof the best staff I ever met. Funny, young and dynamic staff. The rooms are amazing with balcony and pyramid view.I loved it so much!

Wet close to the pyramids. It’s a very short walk. Great views from the rooftop restaurant. Amr Al-Shouri took excellent care of me.
